Wendy teaches Scaravelli-inspired yoga, where the main focuses are on the breath, gravity and the spine.
Wendy offers relaxed but focused classes in Brighton, concentrating on posture and the breath, also focusing on the individual needs of each student. The Studio she teaches from is a bright, airy, temperature-controlled and welcoming space. Pupils can use the equipment provided or are welcome to bring their own to suit their needs.
